[C3v] Vinegar Loock. [2] Take garlic with salt and grind it together
and pass [3] it through a sieve with vinegar. And when it [4] has been
passed through if it is too thick one thins it with vinegar. [5] One
serves this with roast/fried sprats and especially with baked/fried carp
if one wishes, and with [7] other fish. |
