[30] Om pricken te bereyden Neemt water ende scuert [31] hen haer lijm af met hoye ende waschse schoone ende [32] en doet hen anders nyet ende legtse op eenen ruester [A6r] also laetse braden ende dan suldise soe legghen in galentijn


[30] To prepare lampreys. Take water and scour [31] their slime off with hay and wash them clean and do nothing else to them and lay them on a roasting grid [A6r] and let them roast thus and then you shall lay them in galantine.
