[23] To make liefcoecken to put in all sorts of sauces [24] where
one must use them. First take [25] honey and put it over the fire until it
is warm. When in is warm [26] so take it off and add spices and flour.
Then [27] stir it well with a spoon. And when it becomes thick knead it.
[28] Then it is cake dough. Then you shall make it square or [29] round,
as you wish to have it. When you have made it to your liking [30] so push
them into the oven and bake them well, [31] but the oven must not be at
