rinderen. dyt capt [31] al te samen wel cleyne. Doetter dan inne dese
specien [32] te weten ghimbere ende caneele op dye maniere van [D4v] den
winter pasteyen.
[29] Pies of veal. [30] Take veal and beef tallow. Cut this [31]
very small all together. Then put therein these spices, [32] to wit:
