the way one cuts it out of beef bones [21] from shanks; take it all out.
To this take [22] white sugar, ginger powder with cinnamon and mix [23] it
together. One lays this in dough like roffioelen [24] and lets it bake
just a little in the oven. And then [25] one serves it with the first
