Daer na capt [6] dye hoenderen metten vleessche wel cleyne ontwee te [7] samen Dan worptmen dit al tsamen in eenen pot mit[8]ten magheren sope ende latent te gader sieden tot dat wel dic[9]ke si. Dan neemt doren van eyren luttele sofferaens [10] veelcaneels/ luttel ghimbers/ luttele pepers/ breect dat [11] alontwee met wine ende dat moet mede prossen een wy[12]le tot dat ghenoech es Dan eest volmaect
