Venison pies

[30] Pasteyen van herten. Men sal nemen herten vleesch [31] ende syeden dat Dan salmen laerderen met specke al [32]so salment legghen in die pasteyen. Hyer salmen inne [E1v] doen ghimber ende pepere.

[30] Venison pies. One shall take venison [31] and boil it. Then one shall lard it with bacon; [32] thus shall one lay it in the pies. Into this one shall [E1v] put ginger and pepper
